Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to grant petitioner, his pension, earn leave and other retirement benefits including arrears of his retirement benefits on the basis of pay he would have been drawing at the time of his superannuation after granting him his annual increment for the year 2018 & 2019 besides directing the authorities to grant him his salary / pay arrears between 01.08.2018 and 03.04.2019 along with interest on all arrears at the rate of 12% per annum.
