ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.,) This review application has been filed by the petitioners seeking to review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13021 of 2016 dated 22.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the review petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners sought to review the order dated 22.11.2017 on the ground that they have been removed from the examination hall when they requested for providing Tamil version of the paper and they were arrested and not allowed to write the examination.

4. We are of the view that this aspect has been considered at the time of hearing the main arguments. Now, the petitioners cannot make out a new case to retain the issue which is already settled.
