ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they would sign before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks in Crl.O.P.No.5297 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.5297 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
