Learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit that the issue involved in this suit has been settled out of court and she seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the suit. She has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. Permission is granted and this Civil Suit is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected O.A.No.83 and 84 of 2014 are closed. Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the plaintiff as per rules, if it is permissible. dixit 12-09-2018
