C.M.P.No.8327 of 2023 in C.M.A.Sr.No.35821 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 350 days in representing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.35821 of 2022.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that, same may be condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, High Court Building, Chennai within a period of two weeks. Post the matter for reporting compliance on 05.06.2023.
