Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order dated 01.11.2017 uploaded in the wedsite of the 1st respondent in so far as the petitioner vide DIN 03606648, herein is concerned, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the respondents herein to permit petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any Company or appointed as Director in any company without any hindrance.

ORDER

The petitioner herein challenges the order passed by the Registrar of Companies on 01.11.2017. The order of the Registrar of Companies passed under Section 164(2)(a) of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Companies Act, 2013 cannot be judicially reviewed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In view of the alternate remedy available to them and in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court upholding the construction of NCLT. Hence, this Court finds no merit in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
