Respondents Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order passed in C.M.A.No.7/2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Udhagamandalam against I.A.No.304/2015 in O.S.No.80/2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coonoor.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with this Civil Revision Petition seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 14.12.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Udhagamandalam, whereby, the order of interim injunction dated
04.09.2015 passed in I.A.No.304 of 2015 in O.S.No.80 of 2015 was dismissed.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that status quo was ordered by this Court and it has been extended thereafter. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to get along with the trial within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.
At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the revision petitioner, who was working as a Manager of the 1st respondent Company was terminated from service and he has been occupying the property in question in the capacity of a Manager and that he has not vacated the premises. 4.
Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, I am of the view that this is a fit case for giving direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit and accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo.
5.
This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
