ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation letter dated 26.09.2023 and O.Mu.P2/3036/2023 dated 29.09.2023 to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With consent on either side, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
3.Mr.Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that based on the report, the 1st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer requested the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar to field inspection and if a period of four weeks time is granted, the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petion is disposed of.
