ORDER

(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) In this petition, the prayer is for relaxation of the condition in paragraph 9(iii) of order dated 19.11.2025. The Division Bench by its order dated 19.11.2025, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner imposing certain conditions. Under one of the conditions, the petitioners were directed to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, confirms that the petitioners have been complying with all conditions under order dated 19.11.2025 thus far. He hence does not seriously object to the relaxation sought for.

3. Hence, this petition is ordered and the conditions imposed under order dated 19.11.2025 are reiterated barring No.9 (iii), which shall now 2/4

read as follows:

'The petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if they are not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.'
