ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2023 and 20.02.2024 submitted with regard to survey the agricultural land properties as per award for mutation of revenue records in the name of the petitioner in respect of the properties in respect of suit schedule properties comprising in Comprised New S.No.71/2 for total extent of Acre 1.10 cents and S.No.107/2, New S.No.107/2C, 2C1, 2C2 for an extent of Acre 2.11 cents and S.No.107/2A, 2B4, 2B3, 2C2 for an extent of Acre 0.05 cents totally Acre 3.25 cents situated at Muriyandampalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Coimbatore District within Registration District of Tiruppur and Sub-Registration District of Avinashi. 2/5
2. The petitioner submitted representations on 07.04.2023 and 20.02.2024 with a request to survey the petitioner's property as per Award for mutation of revenue records in respect of the above mentioned properties and they are pending without consideration.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.04.2023 and 20.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations for survey of the property in pursuance to the Award passed in Lok Adalat Award dated 10.11.2021 in L.A.No.148/2021 and also for mutation of revenue records of properties in respect of the above mentioned properties, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring 3/5
land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
