ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2023 in W.P.No.25479 of 2023.

2. The Contempt Petition itself has been instituted after a lapse of 2 and 1/2 years. That apart, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the enquiry notice has already been issued to the petitioner by the

Tahsildar, Tambaram and they will conclude the enquiry within a short span of time by affording opportunity to all the parties.
