Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2015, and dispose of the same. For petitioner : Mr.M.Rajasekhar For respondents : S.Pattabiraman, Government Advocate.

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to have purchased the property in Old Survey No.29/1, New No.29/4, in Sadayakkuppam Viillage, Puzhal Panchayat Union, Madavaram Village, Thiruvallur District, and Plot No.150, admeasuring an extent of 0.02 cents, so also, other properties in Plot Nos.151,152,154,155,157 and 158, aggregating to an extent of 6976 sq.ft. by means of registered document bearing No.1922 of 2011, dated 14.03.2011, on the file of the office of the Sub-Registrar, Thiruvottriyur. The petitioner would further submit that right from the date of purchase, he is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the properties. He submitted a representation, dated 28.01.2015, for transfer of patta, to the Tahsildar, Madavaram Taluk Office, Madavaram, Thiruvallur District, and, also to the Tahsildar, Ambattur Taluk, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District, followed by a reminder, dated 11.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Since no ordere were passed, the petitioner filed W.P.No.13010 of 2015 and, this Court, by an order, dated 29.04.2015, directed the first respondent therein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2015, and the reminder, dated 11.04.2015, in accordance with law.
4. According to the petitioner, when he approached the office of the Tahsildar, Ambattur, he was informed that files have been transferred to the Tahsildar, Thiruvottriyur Taluk Office, Thiruvottriyur, second respondent herein, and, hence, he has come forward to file this Writ Petition.
5. It is the specific case of the petitioner that his representation for transfer of patta is still pending and it would suffice if the second respondent is directed to consider his claim and pass orders.
6. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who acceped notice on behalf of the respondents.
7. In the light of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent, enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, the second respondent, on receipt of such representation, is directed to consider and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned, within a period of four weeks thereafter and inform the decision taken to the petitioner.
