J U D G M E N T
The plaintiff filed the suit in C.S.No.683 of 2014 for declaration that the agreement dated 2 October 2012, executed by him along with the first defendant is valid, legal and binding on both the parties and for a consequential injunction in respect of the suit property.
2. The defendants have entered appearance on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ receipt of summons. Thereafter, the parties have
compromised the matter.
3. The plaintiff and the defendants executed a joint memorandum of compromise dated 25 April 2016.
4. The Joint memorandum of compromise contain the terms and conditions of the settlement. The parties wanted a decree to be passed in terms of the joint memo of compromise.
5. The plaintiff and defendants are present in Court. The parties have confirmed the execution of the joint memorandum of compromise.
6. The suit is decreed in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 25 April 2016. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of the decree. There is no order as to costs.
7. The plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court fee as per rules.
