O R D E R

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 17.02.2025. By the said representation, it can be seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that when there is a burial ground in S.No.818 and when the Government has made the facility of road for said burial ground, just because, they want to take a shortcut, the people are using the patta lands of the petitioner in Survey No.821/2A, 822/2B2 and 998/2 etc.

When the Government has made facility for the public to carry the body to the burial ground by making a road, just because the people want a shortcut or traditionally they were going through the patta land, they cannot insist that they can still use the patta land and especially when a proper tar road/cement road is made for the same.

Therefore, the the 4th respondent/Tahsildar shall instruct the concerned Village Administrative Officer to make a public notice in the Village by oral proclamation as well as by Notice Board in the Panchayat Office that people should use only the road and not the patta land of the petitioner. If there is any violation, the petitioner can give a complaint and the local Police shall take appropriate action to prevent the same.
