Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Tr.C.M.P has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made the following endorsement.

"The H.M.O.P.No.3624 of 2012 filed by the petitioner has been allowed by III Additional Family Court, Chennai. The divorce petition filed by the respondent/husband has been dismissed by Thiruvallore Court after filing this Transfer petition. Nothing survives now for the transfer petition. The Tr.C.M.P.No.133 of 2017 has become infructuous."
