ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.12.2014 claiming compensation for the death of her husband due to electrocution on 7.5.2014.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that on 7.5.2014 at about 3.30 a.m., the petitioner's husband had died due to electrocution. On 22.12.2014, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent claiming compensation for the death of her husband, however, the first respondent has not considered the same yet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 22.12.2014 filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 22.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
