M.Krishnamurthy Reddiar v. Jothi Ammal

CMP.Nos.12539, 12541 & 12546/2019 in CRP.No.2870/2015 CSNJ i) CMP.No.12539 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement cause by the death of M.Krishnamoorthy Reddiar, the sole petitioner in the above CRP. ii) CMP.No.12541 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of M.Krishnamoorthy Reddiar, the sole petitioner in the above CRP.

iii) CMP.No.12546 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner i.e., M.Krishnamoorthy Reddiar, in the above CRP.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing all the petitions.
