ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2), 427 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.93 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein, alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant with knife causing stab injury near his chest. The injured has been admitted in the hospital on 10.04.2022 for injuries which includes fractures.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case and case in counter, wherein the petitioner also sustained injuries which was caused by the defacto complainant in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. However, considering the nature of the weapon used in the alleged occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
