ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order made in Crl.M.P.No.26336/2024 dated 19.12.2024 on the file of the Learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials

placed on record.

3. A perusal of the order passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.26336/2024 dated 19.12.2024 revealed that the account of the accused was ordered to be defreezed and the amount to be transferred to the account of the defacto complainant. However, the petitioner had wrongly given the account number which was already closed and now a new account number has been furnished to the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now they are taking steps to transfer the amount to the petitioner's account.

5. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.26336/2024 dated 19.12.2024 on the file of the Learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to transfer the entire amount from the bank of the accused to the petitioner's new bank account, forthwith.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
