The prayer sought for herein is to permit the applicant to amend the description of the vehicle in the Judge's Summons of the above A.No.782 of 2019 by order dated 30.01.2019 as Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck Vehicle.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, who would submit that in the main application i.e., 782 of 2019, the name of the vehicle in question has been wrongly mentioned as "Toyota Kirloskar Vehicle" instead of "Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck Vehicle". Due to the said error in the Judges Summons, the vehicle name since has not been mentioned correctly, this application has been filed to rectify the same.

3. Considering the said factual matrix, this application is allowed and the necessary amendment to that effect shall be made by the applicant in the main application and to file amended copy of the application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
