O R D E R

The petitioners, who are the defendants 2 and 4 in O.S.No.13 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur have come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the 17th Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.NO.14044 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners/defendants 2 and 4 submitted that instead of transferring the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2001 pending on the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to the file of the 17th Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, a direction may be issued for earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.14044 of 2010 since it was posted for argument.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 4.Considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the Presiding Office, 17th Additional City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14044 of 2010 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
