2. Having regard to the fact that impleading of the proposed respondents 6 to 8 as legal representatives deceased fifth respondent in the writ petition is proper and necessary for effective adjudication of the Writ Petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition. Post the Writ petition on 06.01.2023.
