ORDER

The writ petition was disposed of on 22.02.2023 granting 15 days' time to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed in CEP No. 4 /2022-2023 dated 10.11.2022.

2. The petitioner states that on account of the criminal complaints lodged against him by the respondents, he was not in a position to move the appellate Court. Hence, he has come with this petition seeking extension of time.

3. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate for Co-operative societies

4. Though the reasons are not totally convincing, since the petitioner wants to move the appellate Court, I am inclined to allow the petition. 15 days' time is granted to file an appeal. The time will commence from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
