Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the period for payment of remaining balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by two weeks and to pass suitable orders in above CRP No.1850/2013 which are deemed to be fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. (CMP.8753/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.S.USHA RANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the period for payment of remaining balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by two weeks.

2. This court by its order dated 04.03.2019, directed the revision petitioner to pay Rs.30,00,000/- to the respondent on or before 05.04.2019. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has paid Rs.20,00,000/- by way of 4 cheques on different dates and to pay the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- , seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent contended that out of Rs.20,00,000/-, only Rs.10,00,000/- was enchased and the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- yet to be encashed.

4. Taking note of the above submission, time is granted till 22.04.2019 and the revision petitioner shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- on or before 22.04.2019.

5. Post on 24.04.2019 for compliance.

6. The connected matters in CRP No.1951/2013 and 1952/2013 ordered to be posted on 08.04.2019, are also directed to be posted on 24.04.2019 along with this matter.
