Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute in S.A.No.1451 of 2008 on the file of this Court, which is pending between petitioner and 2nd respondent.

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. Therefore, the respondent police has no role to play in this matter.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

case, this Court directs the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. If at all any cognizable offence is meted out as against the petitioner, the respondent is at liberty to take necessary action against them. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
