JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit since the same has been settled out of court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The plaintiff is entitled for refund of half of the court fee. No costs.
