ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 6033 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C, in Crime No.70 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6033 of 2021 dated 30.03.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. before the concerned Judicial Magistrate till the matter is committed to the Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
