4.Lalitha .. Respondents Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of petitioner enquiry based upon the complaint given by the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2024.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition filed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that on the compliant given by the wife of the petitioner, the police has registered the case and sought appearance of the petitioner. However,the petitioner instead of appearing before the Investigation Officer, who has summoned him has approached this Court to derail the investigation. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has met with an accident and taking treatment and therefore, he is not in a position to attend the enquiry.

Taking note of the submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to cause summon under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., to the petitioner herein for his appearance on 25.04.2024. On receipt of the summon, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and participate in the enquiry. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the
