By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be a devotee of Sri Thropathi Amman Temple and he, along with one Natarajan and one Ramesh, submitted a detailed representation, dated 22.01.2015, to various authorities, including the respondents 1 to 3 herein, complaining that Kandasamy, son of Natesan; Shanmugam, son of Ponnappan; and Palani, son of Jayavel; namely, responents 4 to 6 herein, have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

usurping the funds of the temple and also constructing houses in the lands of the temple, and, since no response is forthcoming from the authorities, he has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 3; and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, on behalf of second respondent.

4. This Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE, Thiruvallur, by enclosing a copy of this order along with the copies of earlier representations, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, the said official, on receipt of the representation, is directed to consider the same, after putting on notice the persons concerned, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter, and inform the decision taken thereon to the petitioner as well as the other persons.
