Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2348 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25160 of 2021 dated 24.02.2022 (i.e.) to appear before respondent police on 1st working day of every Month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of final report.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2348 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 25160 of 2021 dated 24.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Since the condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m is required till filing of the final report, this Court finds that no reason to relax the condition.
