2.This Court, vide order dated 25.11.2024, allowed the petitions for condoning the delay of 6535 days in filing these Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals and before the order could be typed and placed for signature, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the delay in these petitions was more than 6535 days and based on the said fact, this Court directed the Registry to list these matters under the caption "for clarification". Therefore, these matters are listed today under the caption "for clarification".
3. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on condition that in the eventuality of the petitioner succeeding in the appeals to be taken on record, she would not be entitled to any interest for 6535 days. 28.11.2024 ssb
