3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Cr.No.129 of 2016 on 21.05.2016 for offences u/s 147, 148, 447, 448, 427, 324 and 506(2) IPC.
