Taluk, Chennai District within Registration District of North Chennai and Sub Registration District of Royapuram and the petitioner purchased the above said property through a registered sale deed dated 22.11.2023 in Document No.3888/2023, registered at the Office of SRO, Royapuram. ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to take action to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2023 and 19.03.2024 submitted with regard to survey the land properties of an extent of 766.94 sq.ft., Block No.76, R.S.No.3977/1part, as per Patta New Survey No.3977/64.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by the petitioner by way of registered sale deed dated 22.11.2023. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given a representation on 08.12.2023 to survey the her land by metes and bounds. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2023 and 19.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property of the petitioner by metes and bonds after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
