Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.3438 of 2021 dated 19/03/2021 in Crl.OP.No.3011 of 2021 in Cr.No.1676 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.NARAYANASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 19.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3438 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3011 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 17.02.2021 in Crl.OP.No.3011 of 2021 stand unaltered.
