Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8034 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13440 of 2020 order dated 17.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.CHARLES PREMKUMAR Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13440 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of IPC in Crime No.787 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
