(CRIME NO.787 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.6324 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.10703 of 2020 order dated 16.10.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.CHARLES PREMKUMAR Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners are filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10703 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of IPC in Crime No.787 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
