Mr.V. Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2017 and to complete the enquiry as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. A3/768/2017 dated nil.02.2017, signed on 16.02.2017. 3.

Though a larger relief is sought, considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2017, with regard to the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent, namely, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vellore District - 9, to comply with the direction issued by the 1st respondent, after receipt of the report from the Tahsildar, who will also conduct a due enquiry expeditiously, if not done earlier, and pass orders thereon, after putting on notice all parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
