O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.K.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 27.07.2015 in person along with the wound certificate to the 2nd respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
