This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17611 of 2012.

Ms.M.H.Sahana Samreen (Enrollment No.2512/2018), learned counsel representing Mr.P.L.Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner on record would submit that as against the order dated 12.02.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17611 of 2012, a Writ Appeal has been filed and hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.
