ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. The respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram for dissolution of marriage while the petitioner/wife filed O.P.No.593 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai for dissolution of marriage, permanent custody of minor child and for permanent alimony.

2.Since the petitioner resides at Virugambakkam, I am of the view that it is better to transfer O.P.No.593 of 2014 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai to Subordinate Court, Tambaram to try it along with H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2014.

3.Hence though the petitioner sought to transfer H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2014 from Subordinate Court, Tambaram to II Additional Family Court, Chennai, I dispose of this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition, by directing transfer of O.P.No.593 of 2014 from the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai to Subordinate Court, Tambaram to try the said case along with H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2014.
