O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to register a First Information Report against the third to sixth Respondents herein based on the petitioner's complaints dated 19.05.2015 and 20.06.2015 made before the first and second respondents herein.

2. Heard Mr.Dalit Tiger C.Ponnusamy , learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaints have been sent by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint in person along with the copy of the Accident Register to respondents 1 and 2 and on receipt of the same, respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
