BY [ RESPONDENT ] SUB-INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VELLORE NORTH L AND O POLICE STATION, VELLORE DISTRICT, (CRIME NO.1128 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Para No.5(b) the petitioner shall execute two suretles for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, within 15 days from the date lifting of the lockdown and commencement of the courts normal function whichever is earlier, falling which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically of the order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.OP.No.10409 of 2020 in Crime No.1128 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
