On instruction, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the final report filed and same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram, in C.C.No.963 of 2023, and on the next hearing date i.e., 21.05.2024 before the trial Court fresh summons to the prosecution witnesses will be served.
