This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1, 3 & 4 to set aside the exparte order dated 24.02.2021 passed in A.No.101 of 2021 in CS.No.12 of 2021.

2. The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application is satisfied and the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has also not raised any objection for allowing this application.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the exparte order dated 24.02.2021 passed in A.No.101 of 2021 in CS.No.12 of 2021 is hereby set aside.
