ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the present Criminal Appeal as against Spl.SC.No.298 of 2022 by the learned Session Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem by its Judgment dated 03.12.2025.

2. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to condone the delay of of 39 days in filing the present Criminal Appeal and this Petition is ordered accordingly.
