(a) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.12,03,037/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Three Thousand and Thirty Seven Rupees only) together with interest at 12% on Rs.9.78.080/- being the equivalent of USD 16,000 from the date of presentation of plaint till date of realisation;

(b) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) as damages towards loss of business opportunity, loss of reputation and goodwill and (c) for costs of the suit.

A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the defendants stating that the plaintiff Company has been wound up even during March 2016. An online search report was also filed by the learned counsel for the defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff after taking time had verified and reported that the plaintiff Company had been wound up.

3. Hence, the suit is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected applications are closed.
