court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate for the securities held by Late B.P.Byram Shaw. The petitioner is the widow, the respondents 1 and 2 are the son and daughter. The respondents 1 and 2 have filed affidavits expressing their consent on grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of B.P.Byram Shaw as well as the legal heirship certificate, which have been marked as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively. The consent affidavits of the respondents, namely, the children are marked as Exs. P4 and P5. Publication has been effected in one Tamil daily.

3. In view of the above, the original petition is allowed, the succession certificate is granted in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule in favour of the petitioner.
