This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the sixth respondent to conclude the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner, in FIR No.37/2012, dated 16.09.2012, under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and initiate appropriate further criminal action before the concerned Trial Court, and file the final report, within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the sixth respondent Police would submit that the respondent police has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathivellur, Namakkal and and the same is taken on file and assigned C.C.No.15 of 2021.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
