This Court, by order dated 27.04.2022, granted an order of interim stay, subject to the condition that the appellant should remit 25% of the disputed tax before the authority concerned, within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the conditional order granted by this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, the interim stay already granted by this Court on 27.04.2022 is made absolute.
