The learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai, had offered his remarks stating that the P.W.1 to P.W.3 were examined on 04.10.2021. Thereafter, NCB authorities did not produce witnesses. On 29.11.2021 P.W.4 was examined by the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai. Subsequently, there had been interruptions due to restriction on physical hearing. On 28.03.2022 P.W.5 was examined. Thereafter the prosecution had filed a petition to examine additional witness in Cr.M.P.No.1299 of 2022, and the same was allowed. In the above circumstances, he seeks further time of three months. Accordingly, the learned Special Judge, II Additional Special Court under NDPS Act, Chennai is granted further three months for the disposal of this case.
